1. OVERVIEWS
These terms and conditions govern purchases made through the SwedenKitchen OÜ online shop at. https://www.swedenkitchen.ee and explain the Customer's rights, complaints handling and data protection.

2. DEFINITIONS
- Client: The person who visits the SwedenKitchen shop.
- The consumer: A person who buys products as a private individual, not for a company or business.
- Newsletter: A free electronic service to receive offers and news by email.
- Product: Goods that SwedenKitchen sells in its shop.
- Conditions of sale: This document.
- Pood (SwedenKitchen pood): Website www.swedenkitchen.ee.
- Seller: SwedenKitchen OÜ, registration code 17185535, Metsise 26, Võsu alevik, Haljala parish, Estonia.
- Price: The amount the Customer pays for the product (including VAT).
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE
- 3.1 Accuracy and liability of data
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all the information in the order. We recommend that you check all details before confirming your order.
- 3.1.1. SwedenKitchen cannot verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
- 3.1.2. All comments and changes must be made before receiving the final order confirmation.
- 3.1.3. After the order has been confirmed and the invoice has been paid, SwedenKitchen reserves the right to charge for the work already started and for the material supplied.
- 3.1.4. To modify or cancel an order, please send an e-mail. Changes made by phone will not be accepted.
- 3.2. Prices and payment
- 3.2.1. Prices are shown in euros including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- 3.2.2. Prices are based on SwedenKitchen's applicable material, production and transport costs.
- 3.2.3. SwedenKitchen reserves the right to change the price by informing the Customer in advance if this is due to circumstances beyond SwedenKitchen's control (e.g. changes in exchange rates).
- 3.2.4. We reserve the right to correct errors in offers or price information.
- 3.2.5. The minimum order amount is €400, plus shipping costs (from €50).
- 3.2.6. Additional orders will be charged with a €50 colour fee if the order is less than 6 m².
- 3.2.7. The cost of transport depends on the size of the order and the delivery destination.
- 3.3. Enquiries and offers
- 3.3.1. The customer is responsible for submitting a correct and complete request, which includes:
- the dimensions of the cabinet frames and their contents.
- room dimensions and layout.
- preferred door model and material.
- the right choice of technique.
- the correct delivery address.
- 3.3.2. If the information provided in the enquiry is inaccurate, SwedenKitchen may adjust the offer.
- 3.3.3. SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any unsuccessful outcome due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.
- 3.3.1. The customer is responsible for submitting a correct and complete request, which includes:
- 3.4. Order
- 3.4.1. The customer can purchase the products via the e-shop or by confirming the offer received by e-mail in writing.
- 3.4.2. SwedenKitchen will send you an invoice for 100% of the total amount of your order after confirmation.
- 3.4.3. Production will start once the advance payment has been received.
4. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
- 4.1. Delivery time
- The delivery times indicated in the offer are indicative.
- SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any delays in delivery time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Changing your order may affect delivery time.
- The delivery time is calculated from the date of receipt of the advance payment.
- Delivery time depends on the door model or material with the longest delivery time.
- The exact delivery time can be obtained from the transport company.
- 4.2. Receipt and storage
- If the Customer is unable to collect the goods within five working days, a storage fee of 10% will be added to the transport fee for each subsequent day.
- If the Goods cannot be delivered, the Customer will reimburse the additional costs incurred.
- Order an installer only after the products have been delivered and checked.
- 4.3. Transport and packaging
- The goods will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to inaccessible addresses.
- Larger details may require the help of two people.
- The customer can assist with unloading if the items are longer than 240 cm.
- The carrier does not deliver the products or remove the packaging material.
- Smaller products can be sent by parcel post.
- 4.4. Receipt of goods and damages
- 4.4.1. Check carefully that there is no visible damage to the packaging or pallet.
- 4.4.2. In case of injury, make a written note on the delivery note. Without such a mark, the goods are deemed to have been accepted without damage.
- 4.4.3. Take a picture of the injury on the package before moving it.
- 4.4.4. Take a picture of the damage when opening the package before completely removing the product.
- 4.4.5. Damage must be reported immediately to SwedenKitchen by e-mail, including pictures and a description. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no claims being accepted.
5. PRODUCT RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
- 5.1. Return: All products are made to order and cannot be returned.
- 5.2. Advertising:
- 5.2.1. Defects must be reported by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
- 5.2.2. The complaint must contain precise descriptions of the errors and photographic evidence. Complaints submitted orally will not be considered.
- 5.2.3. SwedenKitchen is obliged to send a new product or offer financial compensation in the event of liability for a defect.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
- 6.1 Warranty:
- 6.1.1. Products are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
- 6.1.2. The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by incorrect installation, maintenance or modifications.
- 6.1.3. SwedenKitchen will carry out an expert assessment if a defect is found.
- 6.1.4. Not covered by warranty:
- damage caused by altering the function or appearance of the product.
- normal wear and tear.
- damage caused by external forces (e.g. spots, scratches, water damage).
- damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.
- problems with non-standard products.
- 6.2. Limitation of liability: SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any damages resulting from delays, except in case of gross negligence.
7. FORCE MAJEURE (FORCE MAJEURE)
- 7.1. SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if this is due to force majeure.
8. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
- 8.1. Difference in colour tones:
- 8.1.1. If you want a non-standard colour, a spectrometer is used to assess compliance.
- 8.1.2. The colour code is only an indicator and full conformity to the sample is not guaranteed.
- 8.1.3. If you need an exact match, please send a colour sample of at least 5×5 cm.
- 8.2. Differences in veneer:
- 8.2.1. Spoon is a natural material with natural variation in pattern and colour.
- 8.2.2. A sample may not be exactly the same as the final product.
- 8.2.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of this.
