DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Client:<\/strong> The person who visits the SwedenKitchen shop.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>The consumer:<\/strong> A person who buys products as a private individual, not for a company or business.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> A free electronic service to receive offers and news by email.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Product:<\/strong> Goods that SwedenKitchen sells in its shop.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Conditions of sale:<\/strong> This document.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Pood (SwedenKitchen pood):<\/strong> Website www.swedenkitchen.ee.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Seller:<\/strong> SwedenKitchen O\u00dc, registration code 17185535, Metsise 26, V\u00f5su alevik, Haljala parish, Estonia.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Price:<\/strong> The amount the Customer pays for the product (including VAT).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SALE<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>3.1 Accuracy and liability of data<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all the information in the order. We recommend that you check all details before confirming your order.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.1.1.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen cannot verify the accuracy of the information you provide.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.1.2.<\/strong> All comments and changes must be made before receiving the final order confirmation.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.1.3.<\/strong> After the order has been confirmed and the invoice has been paid, SwedenKitchen reserves the right to charge for the work already started and for the material supplied.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.1.4.<\/strong> To modify or cancel an order, please send an e-mail. Changes made by phone will not be accepted.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2. Prices and payment<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>3.2.1.<\/strong> Prices are shown in euros including VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.2.<\/strong> Prices are based on SwedenKitchen's applicable material, production and transport costs.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.3.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen reserves the right to change the price by informing the Customer in advance if this is due to circumstances beyond SwedenKitchen's control (e.g. changes in exchange rates).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.4.<\/strong> We reserve the right to correct errors in offers or price information.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.5.<\/strong> The minimum order amount is \u20ac400, plus shipping costs (from \u20ac50).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.6.<\/strong> Additional orders will be charged with a \u20ac50 colour fee if the order is less than 6 m\u00b2.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.2.7.<\/strong> The cost of transport depends on the size of the order and the delivery destination.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.3. Enquiries and offers<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>3.3.1.<\/strong> The customer is responsible for submitting a correct and complete request, which includes:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the dimensions of the cabinet frames and their contents.<\/li>\n\n<li>room dimensions and layout.<\/li>\n\n<li>preferred door model and material.<\/li>\n\n<li>the right choice of technique.<\/li>\n\n<li>the correct delivery address.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.3.2.<\/strong> If the information provided in the enquiry is inaccurate, SwedenKitchen may adjust the offer.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.3.3.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any unsuccessful outcome due to incorrect information provided by the Customer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.4. Order<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>3.4.1.<\/strong> The customer can purchase the products via the e-shop or by confirming the offer received by e-mail in writing.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.4.2.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen will send you an invoice for 100% of the total amount of your order after confirmation.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>3.4.3.<\/strong> Production will start once the advance payment has been received.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>4.1. Delivery time<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The delivery times indicated in the offer are indicative.<\/li>\n\n<li>SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any delays in delivery time due to circumstances beyond its control.<\/li>\n\n<li>Changing your order may affect delivery time.<\/li>\n\n<li>The delivery time is calculated from the date of receipt of the advance payment.<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery time depends on the door model or material with the longest delivery time.<\/li>\n\n<li>The exact delivery time can be obtained from the transport company.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.2. Receipt and storage<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the Customer is unable to collect the goods within five working days, a storage fee of 10% will be added to the transport fee for each subsequent day.<\/li>\n\n<li>If the Goods cannot be delivered, the Customer will reimburse the additional costs incurred.<\/li>\n\n<li>Order an installer only after the products have been delivered and checked.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.3. Transport and packaging<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The goods will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.<\/li>\n\n<li>Additional charges may apply for deliveries to inaccessible addresses.<\/li>\n\n<li>Larger details may require the help of two people.<\/li>\n\n<li>The customer can assist with unloading if the items are longer than 240 cm.<\/li>\n\n<li>The carrier does not deliver the products or remove the packaging material.<\/li>\n\n<li>Smaller products can be sent by parcel post.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.4. Receipt of goods and damages<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>4.4.1.<\/strong> Check carefully that there is no visible damage to the packaging or pallet.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.4.2.<\/strong> In case of injury, make a written note on the delivery note. Without such a mark, the goods are deemed to have been accepted without damage.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.4.3.<\/strong> Take a picture of the injury on the package before moving it.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.4.4.<\/strong> Take a picture of the damage when opening the package before completely removing the product.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>4.4.5.<\/strong> Damage must be reported immediately to SwedenKitchen by e-mail, including pictures and a description. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no claims being accepted.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. PRODUCT RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>5.1. Return:<\/strong> All products are made to order and cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>5.2. Advertising:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>5.2.1.<\/strong> Defects must be reported by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the goods.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>5.2.2.<\/strong> The complaint must contain precise descriptions of the errors and photographic evidence. Complaints submitted orally will not be considered.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>5.2.3.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen is obliged to send a new product or offer financial compensation in the event of liability for a defect.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>6.1 Warranty:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>6.1.1.<\/strong> Products are covered by a 2-year guarantee.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>6.1.2.<\/strong> The warranty does not apply if the damage is caused by incorrect installation, maintenance or modifications.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>6.1.3.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen will carry out an expert assessment if a defect is found.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>6.1.4.<\/strong><strong>Not covered by warranty:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>damage caused by altering the function or appearance of the product.<\/li>\n\n<li>normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n<li>damage caused by external forces (e.g. spots, scratches, water damage).<\/li>\n\n<li>damage caused by failure to follow maintenance instructions.<\/li>\n\n<li>problems with non-standard products.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>6.2. Limitation of liability:<\/strong> SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for any damages resulting from delays, except in case of gross negligence.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>7. FORCE MAJEURE (FORCE MAJEURE)<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>7.1.<\/strong> SwedenKitchen shall not be liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if this is due to force majeure.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>8.1. Difference in colour tones:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>8.1.1.<\/strong> If you want a non-standard colour, a spectrometer is used to assess compliance.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>8.1.2.<\/strong> The colour code is only an indicator and full conformity to the sample is not guaranteed.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>8.1.3.<\/strong> If you need an exact match, please send a colour sample of at least 5\u00d75 cm.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>8.2.
